All sales are final.

Due to the curated, vintage, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our items—many of which are sold on consignment—we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Limited Exceptions
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in rare cases, including:

• If an item is significantly misrepresented or differs substantially from its description
• If an item arrives damaged and the damage was not previously disclosed

In such cases, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at surrenderdorothyshop@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we may offer store credit or an exchange where possible.

Additional Notes

• Minor wear and imperfections are to be expected with vintage items and are not considered defects
• All sale items, accessories, and international orders remain final sale without exception
